Girls Education Collaborative (GEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. These leaders bring a depth of experience across finance, talent strategy,banking, operations, and community-centered leadership, strengthening GEC’s ability to support locally led efforts expanding access to education for girls.

Under the leadership of GEC Board Chair Georgia Dachille, Executive Vice President and Chief People & Transformation Officer at Rich’s Products Corporation, and Executive Director Lois Mufuka Martin, these appointments reflect GEC’s continued focus on strengthening the systems, partnerships, and stewardship required to support long-term, community-driven change.
Lois Mufuka Martin, a native of Zimbabwe, shared: “As GEC welcomes this remarkable group of leaders, we are strengthening our ability to walk in allyship with local changemakers in Tanzania to expand opportunities for girls – girls like me – who might otherwise face barriers to completing secondary school.”
